“It was quite easy to order what I wanted. It arrived the next day as promised. There was a piece missing from the set so I sent an email which was promptly replied to and I was assured the piece missing would arrived next day by dpd. It did as they promised. So I was very pleased that the service was personal and my email didn't disappear in the ether and was dealt with in a personal, efficient manner!”

“I was looking for some wood for an experimental project. Having no luck locally went on line and found these blanks. The ordering process was easy and the items arrived 3 days after order placed. The two blanks were exactly what I needed. The wax protection was a bit heavy in places but this was a very minor issue resolved with sharp blade. Overall, excellent product and service.”
