“very prompt delivery, which helped massively as the easter weekend kinda messed up our schedule, so getting the wood as early as we did helped out greatly. customer service was excellent, prompt replies and helpful phone conversations made things go smoothly. the only thing i would mark you down on, on an otherwise faultless review is that each dowel had a sticker on it proclaiming it's PEFC environmental credentials, and the glue on these stickers had turned into some kind of alien slime, which had to be removed using some pretty harsh chemicals the sticky snot would have interfered with what we were building, so had to be removed there was a certain iron to this situation. obviously these stickers are put on by the company that supplies you with the dowel, but hopefully you can mention to them that this is a daft situation i'm sure that better adhesives are available”
