“My order of 50mm dowels was delayed by FedEx, absolutely nothing to do with G&S but since the dowels were sitting in a warehouse somewhere and it had been heavily raining throughout the delayed period I was worried the dowels would have warped. Thankfully when they were delivered (on a rainy day) I open the boxes to find the ends had been wrapped in plastic so thankfully no warpage and even after letting them acclimate in my shop they are still straight, so thank you for the foresight in wrapping.”

“G&S had a particular chisel I have been looking for for some time, it was exactly what I wanted and at a very fair price. The only cloud over the entire deal was the courier service, they advised me of the delivery date and time and I changed my day to accommodate and they didn't turn up, however, they did deliver the next day”
