“Ordering and delivery was straightforward. But the dowels arrived in different tones/ types of wood and contacting them to sort out has not been straightforward. Still awaiting resolution.”

Good morning, Thank you for your review, The dowels delivered were all American Black walnut but had some lighter grain which is part of a natural timber product, we offered to swap the dowels for you if the original dowels were returned to us. Kind regards G&S
