“Excellent service throughout! I had to order on line as they didn’t take telephone orders but my order was despatched the same day and arrived the following morning. No postage charge either. Delivery tracking progress was brilliant and the parcel left safely with a neighbour as we were out. The tool I bought was a present for my husband. He is very pleased with it! Thank you”

“Very happy with speed of delivery. Very happy with quality of products Would like it if you stocked 38.1mm diameter Beech dowel. Website is painfully slow, I think there is something wrong with it.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review, We will have more of the 38.1mm Beech dowels in stock soon. we did have a day last week where the website was running slow due to an update but this has since been fixed and is back running at normal speed. Kind regards G&S
