“I ordered some customised pieces of planed timber and a pack of mixed carving blanks. The delivery was very quick. There was an error in the mixed pack but that was resolved quickly, courteously and efficiently.”

“Has almost always been able to fulfil requests. THis time there was no oak wide enough for my requests (10" diameter oak blanks), but at least someone replied and explained the situation as to supply difficulties and likely timescale (long wait). I was able to change my design plans and order a different size, which arrived within a couple of days.”
