“Good Service and prompt deliver! However, one of the 5 pieces orderd was a paler shade than the others and it was only after the pieces were glued up into an assembly for carving that I realised that it was a different timber, possibly tulipwood. Too late to backtrack, so I shall have to soldier on and attempt to disguise the difference. This is very disappointing. I am unable to attach a photo in this reviw but will send by separate email”

Good morning, Thank you for your review. After looking at the image you have sent us we can confirm all the pieces are lime. As lime is a natural timber product there will be colour variation piece to piece. We are sorry it is disappointing for you however our picking team wouldn’t take into account slight colour variations as they will have been unaware that the pieces would be getting laminated together.
