Even at the hugely discounted price I paid, I'm still disappointed with the smell of the room fragrance pack I purchased as a present, I dread to think how I would have felt if I'd payed full price.

I won two prizes on Vodafone. One was I had to pay £3.99 postage and packages however I never received it! RIP off company

Free gift . Pay for postage only . So I paid £3.95 for a bar of soap so small I have to wear my glasses to see it ( slight exaggeration) . Quality product but disappointing

Our 35g bar is our standard size for our face soaps and although they may appear quite small they do last quite some time and are great value for money compared to others out there! For the price paid for sun screen etc, the bottle size is tiny. Last 2 days probably. Took ages to come as well. When you pay £3.95 delivery you expect within 48 hours. Bottles look like sample sizes. Thought it was a joke when it turned up

The size of the sunscreen is 50ml - this is the industry standard size for a face product, and we think the price is great value when compared to similar products (indeed - some face sunscreens offering similar protection retail for over £25 for 50ml!). We understand that our products may look a little small compared to others, even though they're exactly the same size! That's because our unique slimline tubes are space saving, and we don't use wasteful over-packaging to make the product appear bigger than they actually are (unlike many brands!). Please rest assured the product is the same size as most other face sunscreens out there, and much better value! Very poor products a bar of what should have been a clay mask but was just wax that melted and stained my sink and didn't rub into my face it was just like rubbing a candle on my face and the pillow spray didn't even spray the sprayed didn't work

Hi Simon, I ordered off the Vodaphone app, the children’s set I think it was shampoo. I only paid for delivery £3.95 but my order had still not arrived. I don’t think it should take months for me to receive it so wonndering if something went wrong.

Got a free Gruum offer with an aftershave all i had to do was pay the postage for the Gruum product . As my daughter is obsessed with skin care I thought it was a win win . So that influenced the purchase off the aftershave. A few days later the Gruum products arrived and the face clay mask was mouldy . I contacted Gruum to make them aware incase anyone actually applied that to their face . Pictures were provided . A few days later a replacement showed up and it was also covered in mould . There is no way I'd let my daughter put that on her face and its aswell I decided to check for myself when opening the initial delivery. After getting the replacement I decided to throw all the products they sent into the bin as I wouldnt take the risk off something reacting with my daughters skin especially when applied to her face .

Would not purchase. That clay bar - what on earth?! It wasn’t doing anything in my hands and I read instructions on how to use. It broke off in bits and destroyed my bath! I had to start cleaning after… Sorry. Not for me.

The kit I ordered only has 4 products in it and yet 2 were out of stock and replaced with alternatives that I did not want or ask for. I was not consulted or given a choice. The order was accepted despite 50% of the items being out of stock. As a company that prides itself on great service I ask them … “Would this meet your expectations as a customer?”
