“Hi! I tried one of your bundle deals which had shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. It was a good deal for what the inclusions were. Although I'd like to share that one bar of soap didn't last me for a week, it was very soluble, and leaving it inside the mesh bag even made it worse. The benefits and the scent were amazing, but I wouldn't buy again just because the price is not worth the number of uses.”

“I ordered the bathroom essentials VeryMe kit. It was an only-pay-postage offer from Vodafone but the kit was supposed to be worth 20 pounds. I just received it and it is all so tiny: tiny soap, tiny shampoo bar, like free toiletries you get in a hotel. It hardly feels worth those 3 pounds let alone 20.”

“I am a great supporter of your products and love your ethos. The shampoo and conditioner bars are lovely and well priced- I highly recommend them. I also love the body bars but sadly they don’t last long enough to justify the cost. I’ve been careful to keep the bar dry and I am the only person who uses it but it is still unlikely to last the month. This is so disappointing as I want my bathroom to be plastic free. I don’t mind paying a little more but this is sadly beyond my pocket and the off cuts are not the answer, smaller will just disappear even faster.”

“I had the opportunity to purchase a washbag as a "free" gift. When it arrived it is about the size of pencil case, and useless as a wash bag. If I had paid the proper price for it (£20) I would have been even more disappointed.”

Hello, I am sorry you are not satisfied with the size of the wash bag. It is specifically designed for our super concentrated products such as shampoo bars. It is designed to hold around 8 of our super concentrated products. “I ordered a set with your special offer as I intended to give it as a gift The box arrived with a large sticky address label on it which I was unable to open the box. I then spent time trying to get the label off. I can't give this to anyone now. Suggest you have a rethink about your labels in the future.”

“Very disappointed ordered the trial pack from lner rewards however when the product arrived only the hair shampoo was in its own box the face and body was not boxed . All 3 came in one box with the address label all over it . I was going to use these as stocking fillers for my family now I just have to keep them very miss leading from the photos there used”

Hello, I am sorry you were looking to use this as a gift sets for someone else. The aim of the trio set that you obtained is to allow you the chance to use our products. We do not use excess packaging and all three bars are included inside the one box. “I can only be totally honest, this purchase was actually a free gift from My Mail (I have a subscription) and the name Grumm is catchy and edgy. However, if I’d paid £20.00 for the wash bag I would have been quite underwhelmed with this product, no bigger than a pencil case and although the fabric will be quite hard wearing, it looked no better than a product from one of the cheap shops on the high street. Honestly Gruum you must know this already. I can imagine a large basket near the checkout full of these and hardly selling. To ask for a review is asking for irrelevance. I really hate giving reviews because I mostly lie and say the product was good ( on eBay particularly) I stupidly feel pressured to lie. But I can’t today.”

Firstly thank you for taking the time to review the product. I am sorry you don't feel it's big enough, but we have designed it to be able to contain eight of our super concentrated solid products. The wash bag is made from reclaimed ocean bound plastic and as such the cost of production is more than an average bag. Hi Scotty, Thanks for taking the time to review. The ocean bound recycled plastic wash bag is more expensive to manufacture as we source plastic that was collected from rivers, beaches etc. Each Reise 2.0 wash bag is made from around 12 reclaimed plastic bottles. “I was excited when I ordered Gruum. I am an average guy who buys regular branded soap at the supermarket. I spend roughly less than £1 on a soap which works as a face wash too. £3 for a 500ml shampoo. I wanted to try Gruum, so ordered the Trio pack. Face, Hair and Body which was on their website for £20. I paid £2.95 for postage. The delivery took 6 working days. The pack came damaged. The product wasn't damaged. Disappointed opening the pack to see the size of the bars was very small. Check Pictures. I am not confident this will last more washes than my regular soap/shampoo. Yes, the quality is a bit better than my regular soap. Maybe I could get better soap from the supermarket if I spent a pound more. The value for money is ridiculously bad. The delivery was late. Maybe if the makers were not too greedy to price so high, it could have been a reasonable product.”

“My sister uses Gruum products. She got an from them email saying 'To encourage you to spread the love, we’re offering your loved ones the chance to try our bestselling Luxury Face, Body and Haircare Set for FREE - all we ask is that you ‘pay it forward’ by covering the cost of postage and packaging for them.' I had to go to Gruum's website and 'claim' my free gift. But was surprised to find I also had to pay postage. I did email them about it, admittedly only 5 days ago, and hoped they might put it right, but I haven't had a reply. I am not a mean person, but I dislike misleading marketing emails intensely, so as I've just been invited by the company to submit a review, I am doing so.”

Standard deliveries are usually completed within 3-5 working days, given the fact that Royal Mail have just got back from the bank holiday, it may take a bit longer than usual.
