The face oil was decent, the face soap bar smelt like funny after a few uses so that went in the bin. Unfortunately the body butter was damaged but it smelt nice.

Not really had much use but what i would suggest is not using aloe vera. As it is an allergy to some peopl i have had to stop using it

Received a razor, a single blade & shaving gel in a free trial, just paid postage. Was reasonably pleased with the products and liked that replacement blades weren't over priced, but when I went to my subscription it wouldn't allow me to just have blades delivered, I had to have the shaving gel too, which in all honesty I just don't need. I wasn't overly fussed with the blades, and the clicking roller function is uncomfortable, and not worth the extra for the package each month, so I've cancelled subscription. Might suit others better & quality of razor was good, but didn't wow me.

Easy to order. I have combination skin type and it made me break out so I resorted back to the usual serum I use.

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick. One bottle broken in transit and gruum were very efficient at sending a replacement when I did their online form. Prices were low. I bought a face oil which was lovely and a roll on perfume that was a pleasant sent. But I bought quite a few body oils and was disappointed in these. The listed ingredients sounded great and I thought the scents would be lovely but when I got them they hardly smelled at all. Such a shame.

Received three samples, apparently to the value of £50. These were the Loddder Luxurious Hair and Body Wash, Solstraler After Sun Face Oil Bar, and Kyra Gentle Face Wash Bar. All are lovely scented products, but would I buy them at their apparent retail value? I don't think so. There are better value products out there. The hair and body wash lathers well and leaves the skin energised afterwards. The face wash bar is a waste of time. It doesn't lather at all and I the couple of times I tried it, I was not sure if it had cleaned my face, reverting to no-soap product I already was using. The after-sun face oil bar, is a novel concept, but leaves a sticky film on your face. It might perform better on the beach in the sun, but at body temperature it's horrible and I promptly washed it off.

Great products except for the face SPF 50 - it leaves white pieces on my face that keep coming off… not very happy with this one

I found delivery slow and prices high. Quality of razor blades and hair bar so far good but the latter far too expensive. Shaving gel is good but again very small for the price.

Good products could use slightly better packaging. Arrived leaked and boxes battered but products themselves smelt lovely and have been brilliant on my sensitive skin

The soap was brilliant. The sun cream too. The after sun bar when it arrived wasn't in a very good state to be honest. It was broken around the edges and the oils or whatever you used had leaked into the cardboard so it didn't look very nice when it arrived it also made the box soggy

I always get tempted by the “free” trails and just pay for the postage. Yet when I receive the product they are very underwhelming then I regret paying the £4 ! Sorry !

I was happy with Gruum products, sometimes a little overwhelmed by the marketing. But astonished to get the following messaging on 5th August: I thought it immoral and extraordinary. Now I've had a message asking for a review from Simon, one of the founders, apparently which links solely to a review page. So this is my review: good products but not happy with the marketing messages. Hey Harriette, how’s it going? I’m Lottie, the new Marketing Manager here at grüum! I’m so excited to get involved in the sustainable self care movement and make some planet friendly moves 💚 I’ve noticed that you’re one of our most valued customers, and I want to get our friendship off to a good start, so guess what? - I’ve grabbed you a cheeky £5 voucher 🤫 But keep that between us, the founders don’t need to know 😉

The products smell good. Shower gel bar has nice texture. Face mist stings eyes. Perfume spray smells quite nice, a little masculine with the citrus, comes on oily though.
