The skin care seems nice, but the room spray and reed diffuser are quite a strong, heavy scent that I don't find appealing. I photograph a lot of scented home fragrance products for my job, and these scents are incredibly pungent to what I'm used to, and not homely at all. Maybe something to adapt slightly....

I ordered trial skin/hair care products . Not the only trial product. arrived promptly. No instructions. No idea if for face or body or hair. No idea if cleanse or moisturiser and therefore still in box and not used. No contact details in the box

Love Gruum products, hate the packaging. Grey plastic bottles that look like they have chemicals in not lovely face products. Have to hide them away. Also the square handcream bottle is not comfortable to use as the corners of the bottle digs in your hand.

The bottles are too small and don’t last long at all. The package was damaged when it arrived! Send me free samples and I’ll try more products I like to order more Thanks

I love gruum products. They work! They’re pleasant smelling and do what they say they will do. However, the packaging is awful. I can only use half of a cream product from the bottles as long as I stand them upside down. Then I have to try and cut the bottle open to get the rest of the product. I’ve had to move to a different face sunscreen because of this problem which I hate because I loved gruum factor 50.

The products are amazing but some tweaks are needed. The calming spray needs to be more potent if it was it would be amazing. I love the no nasties claim as it’s true. I suffer with terrible cysts on my sling and I haven’t suffered since using your products. The prickly pear oil is stunning and especially for us ladies going through menopause, it nourishes the skin in short it’s YUMMY! The facial refresh gel is not so great it drys like chalk on the skin. The soaps are great but really should come with a case to store as we know all soaps when left store bacteria. My self and my mother both ordered with a voucher of £20 from Vodafone. On my first attempt of ordering I couldn’t get anything that suited me so I contacted your team and after SEVERAL back and forth emails they agreed to let me have the products I required. It came quite quickly. My mother ordered and there was very limited products most sold out and it took weeks to come. As a result I doubt we will order regular given the trust and supply and demand isn’t quite right which is a shame. I think you would benefit from mix and match boxes to get your products out there without limiting new customers when using a promotion voucher. Your products could be great but your service could be so much better.

I got a variety of products, mostly for face wash/moisturising, as an promotional offer from Vodafone, paying p&p only. The products are all in identical plain grey packaging, and mostly the same size, which means that getting up bleary eyed at 2am (which i occasionally have to do for work) isn't the best for identifying the product I want at a quick glance. Having looked at the prices of the products in comparison with other brands, I wouldn't buy gruum at rrp as I don't notice any extra benefit for the extra cost. Sorry gruum, but I thought you were just average.

Love the products and but find the website frustrating to navigate. I added multiple items to my cart and went back to the homepage, then onto my cart which was then empty? This has happened multiple times and is really frustrating. Also found the £5 sales quite annoying - not all products are £5 and you have to have 3 items for it to work at £15. Just a marketing ploy I know and an ‘easy’ upsell perhaps but it’s very off putting.

Overall, Gruum products are expensive for what they are. I certainly would never consider paying full price for them, but I do make use of special offers for discounted sets. I recently had a instance where I ordered a sleep set, but two products were unavailable and substitutes were sent instead that had no relation at all to promoting good sleep, so the set overall was a bit of a waste. This experience has made me think twice about using Gruum, as I think this should have been communicated in advance, regardless of whether the set was a special offer.

The shower gel bars don't produce any lather, very disappointing. The shampoo bar is very good and great for travel. The conditioner bar is good for holidays.

The Tvatta Shower gel bars, do not foam like regular shower gel as they are soap-free. The surfactant in the product is derived from coconut and cleans just as well however the bars do not create large bubbles but are more of a creamy layer that cleans and moisturises the skin at the same time.
