“No idea, because my items weren’t sent in time for my trip. Eventually got a refund, customer service was unimpressive having explained I was leaving the country I was offered a voucher against a further purchase. Why it takes more than a week to send a purchase and then on a 7-10 delivery get nil points in my opinion.”

“Hey, Really sorry but was not a fan of these products. Didn’t like the scent it smelt artificial, the shape of the soap is a rigid square shape so really awkward to use ( sphere is better)”

“I accepted a promotion offer for three products that were promided to promote better sleep. Unfortunately, I have not experienced any significant benefit in that regard.”

“All of the soaps I purchased barely have any scent and its not a good refreshing scent, musky smelling but not in a good way. The bars also have a harsh grit to them and can't be applied immediatelt to skin or it scrapes the skin, instead the bar has to be used for several washes to full the exterior in order to rub over arms, etc so it does not scrape delicate skin. I'm very surprised becuase I based my purchase on all of the reviews and I am very dissappointed in buying $64 for 4 bars of soap and a face wash that I don't want to use. I never bought from here before and was hoping for better soaps. Pretty bummy experience.”

“Well for me personally the smell is not strong enough and doesn’t last long. Therefore, I won’t buy again. For the ones that I have already I use them to make my notebooks smell nice”

“Received a special offer through Railcard for the Solid Perfume. It is lipstick-size. I was happy to pay the postage for this but not consider paying £25.99 for it. Nice fragrance but wouldn't last long. A bidy spray at £2.99 would last a lot longer.”

“The two perfume crayons!! Interesting but not for me. I did not find them easy ( needed to be rubbed fairly hard annd felt dry) and the smell did not last long .”

“While your idea is noble and commendable, I am sorry to say on this occasion, your shower soap bars were below expectations and did not form any lather. This was most disappointing given that the last time I used your soap, it was alright. I want to assume it was a faulty batch this time around.”

Hi Eileen, Thank you for taking the time to review our Tvatta Shower Gel Bars. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the overall 'lather' of the Bars. The Tvatta Shower gel bars do not foam like regular shower gel as they are soap-free. The surfactant in the product is derived from coconut and cleans just as well however the bars do not create large bubbles but are more of a creamy layer that cleans and moisturises the skin at the same time. “I know soap doesn't need to foam to work...butbwe all like it to foam to psychologically make us think its working.. and also to visually see it spreading over us. This stuff doesn't foam. It's like rubbing a rubbery brick in yourself that smells nice. And it does smell really nice I had to doubke check it wasn't a body lotion or something. Likes the smell but the fact that it feels weird and also doesn't foam just doesn't do it for me sorry. I've given 2 for the smell.”

“While the facials oils are lovely, I would warn everyone to be aware that you may see ads that will offer FREE products but won’t clearly communicate that it is a SUBSCRIPTION service, so make sure to fully read contents of the ad before claiming as it wont be clear from the image, if you click it through insta ad you probably won’t notice! Afterward they wont email you to tell you that you activated a subscription, send a welcome email or a reminder email that trial is ending or next payment is coming up, that next box is being prepared or that it has been shipped. No communication at all, so you will probably only notice the subscription when it comes out of your bank account at which point it will be too late to cancel it. Very poor experience in comparison to glossyboxes and look fantastic beauty boxes”

“Latest order still not delivered. I received a text from those delivering - EVRI ? - asking me to confirm my address, as package was damaged and address unclear. I did this. Then they asked me for credit cards details, so that I could pay extra for delivery. I declined to do this, on two grounds: 1. I shouldn’t pay extra, and 2. I was unwilling to share details. It didn’t feel totally safe. I like your products, but this was not a good experience.”

“Hi Simon, I ordered the travel sizes of your shower gels and having opened only one of them so far, I’m afraid to say I was disappointed to find that no matter how hard I seemed to rub I really couldn’t get any lather or feeling that it was cleaning my skin at all”

“I’m reviewing the solid shower gel. It says it would lather in warm water but I could not get it to work in this way at all. Nice idea, especially for travelling but afraid not workable for me.”
