people with acne or sensitive skin DONT want fragranced products. all the products gave me a rash

The free soap bar was very, very disappointing.Very small and sticky.£3.99 postage was way too much,I sent a large parcel by post office services. Shall not return to your site.

I ordered the Oska razor and should have read the reviews before I did. These are NOT suitable for head shaving. I have been using Gillette for the last 8 years and have gone back to them. The Gruum razors require you to press on really hard which is not what you want to be doing with a razor at all. AND you have to pay for the postage to return which is pretty poor service. Cancelled subscription and gone back to what has always worked!

This product comes with two types of razor blade replacement heads, a 3 blade and a 5 blade. They are not normally advised for the head but more with the face and body in mind. I hope this helps! I took advantage of a free product offer and also purchased an extra couple of items, unfortunately I think the products have gone off as they smell really strange and funky, they don’t smell of the ingredients they’re supposed to contain. So disappointed

I've attempted to contact you twice now and was assured that someone would get back to me. I didn't receive this lip conditioner so cannot tell you what I thought. Very poor customer relations when you don't respond to emails. I won't be buying any more from you as I don't like the way you do business.

I live in NI, so as I was planning to visit my family in Corby, I requested delivery to my daughter's house in case there was any delay. This order was to have been a Christmas present for my grandson, but he never got it. I arrived in Corby on 23rd December, and things were pretty chaotic, so I assumed the parcel was on its' way. I didn't like to be checking on-line as I was visiting, so it was after Christmas when we realised the parcel had not been delivered that I tracked delivery, only to find it had been delivered on 23rd, and left IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE DOOR, BEHIND THE WHEELIE BIN; CERTAINLY NOT A SAFE PLACE. There were at least 3 people in all day on 23rd, and there was no knock or ring for delivery; Royal Mail must have knocked with a feather duster. There was no sign of the package, and the neighbours hadn't seen anything either. Now I'm back home, I intended to seek answers, so would appreciate your assistance.
