“I love many aspects of Gruum especially the environmental element of less plastic usage, and have really enjoyed using the solid products in particular. The only thing I struggle with a wee bit is the black soap for the face as it makes such a mess of cloths and sinks. Apart from that pretty good. Love the light mosturiser and the wonderful deals they occasionally put on. I have used these for gifts many times. Thanks.”

“Really good products. Only gripe is the price (expensive when not on sale) and the size of some products in relation to the box - some products are half the size of the box it comes in. Otherwise, really happy and nice that the company seems environmentally aware and use sustainable packaging.”

“Hi Definitely your products are good but customer service is not good. Very difficult to get in touch.you need to improve it. I have ordered several times and last time i have ordered cream but still didn’t received it yet. Make your customer service easy for customers.”

“I ordered the shaving kit for my husbands birthday, its not until Febuary so he has not used any yet. But I have looked to see what they are like. They seem good value and came well packed. I had not heard of them before, but Money Saving Expert were offering them at a discount if you were intrested. So I jumped at the chance as a present for the main man in my life. I am glad I did. Thanks Gruum.”

“I love Gruum products! I found the brand accidentally and after learning they were Manchester based, decided to try them out. My favourite products are the shampoo bar, face SPF and sleeping mist but I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried!”

“Hello Grüüm, As a Vodafone customer I purchased a free festive pack recently and while on the site I liked the look of the seasonal fragrance pack. I'm always on the look out for new roll on or solid perfumes, Karma from Lush is my preferred fragrance currently. Because of Christmas my order took longer than expected to arrive but you did state this on my invoice and it did arrive before christmas luckily. I'm not sure if products you were offering as gift ideas in your promotional emails a week before Christmas would have arrived in time unfortunately. My first thoughts on receiving your festive pack were how small the package was. If this is a sample pack then the £30+ price tag RRP seemed slightly high. I originally redeemed the pack to split as gifts for family and keep the massage bar for myself so was slightly disappointed. The massage bar smells lovely and melts well. I can't comment on the other items in the festive pack as they were gifts. The fragrances are ok, the scents are pleasant but in comparison to others I have tried they are very subtle and do not last very long which again is disappointing. I'm glad I've sampled some of what you have to offer but I'm not sure I would again. Bestest of wishes”

“I really like this company - the products are of high quality and they have definitely hooked me in with the free samples. I have sensitive skin and these products work nicely. I love the face oil (pumpkin seed) and the fragrances are gorgeous and last a while.”

“arrived on time and well packaged. Bought it as part of a Xmas present. The recipient said it was "posh" I cant give 5 stars as I dont know how he liked the product, I bought it with a promotion, otherwise would not as too expensive!”

“The arrival of Gruum in the market place is a breath of fresh air - sustainability was put at the top of their agenda but they also provide products that are not only brilliant value for money but which are GREAT PRODUCTS... from their shampoo bars to their shaving kits and everything in between. And I also commend their packaging... simple, biodegradable and a great addition to my compost bin - Gruum benefits both my body and my garden!!!!!”
