Ordered a set of Andis pulse zr ll October last year clippers were hardly used as I have a second pair they started smoking so I sent them back, they sent out a new pair and they squealed high pitched on every groom when used sent them back again to which it’s taken weeks for them to send out a new set luckily I’ve been on holiday however Royal Mail have since delivered the parcel under a vehicle on my driveway while no one was home the parcel was not there on my sisters return at after 7pm so my new clippers have gone missing. Groomers have said they will send new ones out but now I’m having to wait longer and I’m due back home tomorrow with only 2 days before I go back to work. Quite disappointed

Unfortunately after having ordered two tunics one that has been returned and the next will be.am somewhat disappointed as not fitted right too tight around the stomach area, Never had this problem before as have always been please with purchases. Shame..

The products are great. The only part of the process that I found disappointing was to receive an invoice after I’d paid. Ideally this should be a receipt or an invoice that is stamped as paid.

Sadly delivery let them down. Scheduled for a delivery Friday between 9am and 5pm. Waited in all day. No delivery. Called at 5pm no answer. Saturday morning as we are about to go out the lorry arrives. The driver explains there was problem at the depot and they should have called us. Very disappointing to have not been informed of these changes. We are very pleased with the dog grooming bath ordered. It was well packed and although not used yet appears to be good quality. Such a shame their customer service side is so poor. Unlikely to use the company again now

Great but feel cheated where charged 6.50 p&p for a brush which cant have cost more that 2.60 ( small parcel rate) to post.

Good service from Groomers but the product from Wahl let its self down, clippers look good but carry case is flimsy and there are no attachments provided.

Disappointed this time even though it was packed perfectly one of the bottles had leaked and I’ve now lost about half a bottle it obviously hadn’t been sealed properly at source ☹️

Easy to order quick to post Don’t buy anything expensive my scissors came in a plastic blister pack with no padding and posted in a paper Jiffy bag also with no packaging. Not even a fragile sticker.

Ordered a muzzle, great quality but too big even though I did the measurements. I prepared a return but unfortunately the postage to arrive and then postage to send back out priced the return. So I now have an oversized muzzle
