I would have given 5 stars but for your delivery times. The groomers jacket is so nice but took ages to arrived communication was good.

I can see your order was placed on Thursday 9th Jan at 3.16pm and despatched the next day and delivered the following Monday. I opened my products which were all in metallic aerosol containers. One of them was very dented. Despite calling at least 4 times was never able to get hold of them despite emailing and leaving messages. As the products were not cheap was surprised by one thin jiffy bag and a little extra bubble wrap with that type of product needs more padding and or a box. Disappointed that there is never any staff on their phone line to deal with your queries and feel like I got a bargain basement product all dented however it was a bargain basement price and for that sort of money I expect better packaging and perfect products.

Ordered my goods on the 1st October..it's now the 8th and I've still not received them despite sending you and email which I haven't had a reply to. Would have expected to have received them by now even by 2nd class post !

I am waiting for a reply to my email concerning the scissors I purchased. One was in a presentation box ideal for a gift the other was in a wallet that’s too small.

Ordered in the 1st July , heard nothing since and it’s now the 8th. Most companies give you an update on delivery , and often it’s dispatched within two or three days.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. The goods were dispatched on the same day which was on Friday 01/07/2022. The courier attempted delivery on the next wroking day, which in this case was Monday 04/07/2022, but unfortunately, nobody was available to accept the goods. However, we understand that a calling card was left and you have since collected the goods from a local depot. I sent an email on Wednesday, the day I received the items but didn’t hear back. We received the order but it was leaking through the packaging and through the bubble wrap. As a result, we've lost a bit of the product, which is a real shame given the cost. I'm not sure if there is anything you can do about this order (ideally, I'd love a small refund to account for the lose) but in future, you should re-visit packaging and the way its sent to customers to avoid leakages.

Ordered a few items from here as I have done in the past. Most of it was ok but the clippers I ordered were in an already opened box with all the seals broken. I paid full price for this so was not happy. Sending them back for a ‘new’ replacement.

I am very disappointed to receive my order damaged. I even emailed them and explained that they’ve charged me for delivery, but still it wasn’t appropriately packed, and my order was broken, but didn’t get any respond.

Purchased a Grooming Snood, no breed size guide shown website just small, medium, large etc. Purchased large size for my dalmatian, too small. Reading the enclosed return paperwork, "returned without the packaging being opened"!! How do you check if something fits without opening the packet? So I am now stuck with this item. Not impressed.

Grooming table I ordered is fine. Although I was told the couriers would only drop it off when they arrived they ask me where I wanted it. I asked if it could be put in garage. On doing that my drive was covered in hydraulic oil. To date I am getting no where with Groomers who just keep passing my complaint to the couriers. A £600 table has cost me a £9000 drive
