“Great customer service. I ordered 2 big baths and got a call to confirm the date to be delivered. The delivery driver was a great help and even though he couldn't bring them inside he made sure to bring them as close to the door as he could. Amazing customer from everyone as usual.”

“Good service as always, only this delivery was different I had no idea when it was arriving! Hermes sent no notification of delivery time. On the day of delivery I was at home and had I known the delivery time would have been at my groomers to receive it. Hermes did not bother posting a card through my letter box, instead they slid it through my security gate in full view of anyone passing who could have collected it from my neighbour. Luckily that dicing happen. Very disappointed.”

“Always extremely helpful and super speedy delivery, on several occasions I have emailed enquiries and they always get straight back to you and will notify when an item that has been out of stock comes back in , nothing is too much trouble, great service”

“I have used Groomers shampoo products over a number of years and have found them of good value, quality and suitable for my Cavalier coats, giving a soft silky finish. Usually buy my Groomer products at the dog shows, but due to the current situation happy that you can continue to get them online.”

“Easy to order online. Goods received promptly and well packed. Unfortunately, some small parts missing from package. Rang customer care, who advised they would investigate and ring me back. That was over 3 days ago, with no response so far?”

“I’m always very happy with the products I receive from Groomers & the service is always friendly & helpful. My biggest problem is that I never get an invoice ! I always have to ring up to ask for one after the delivery, even though I’m told they send one separate from the delivery or by email I never receive one unless I chase it us, very frustrating.”

“Great sturdy Chunkers, the only problem with them is the finger and thumb inserts come out really easily and they were pretty useless to begin with. Other than that they work perfectly well.”

“Messaged asking for advise regarding best brushes for our Belgian shepherds. On their advice ordered a pin brush which arrived few days later. Best brush ever. The boys are a lot less hairier now.”
