“I really think you need to change your delivery/couriers...I ordered on Tuesday 13th October .....after many phone calls i was told they tried to deliver, that was a lie....I am still waiting for my order!…I was told on Monday my order would be resent with a different courier as nxt day delivery.....nope, still not here....having to cancel all bookings now....not happy at all!…very disappointed”

“Customer service was excellent. Even during covid responses were quick to email and when I called the gentleman I spoke to was lovely (I was adding to my order). Good website, clear descriptions and pictures. Arrived quickly and packaged well. Looking forward to my next order already!”

“Its where to look if you need something. I have been pleased with every purchase from Groomers but the Julie Harris Signature purchase is the best yet. I have an Afghan hoound & it has cut my grooming time from 1 1/2 hours to 1/2 hour. it leaves the coat silky & easy to manage, doesn't build up on the coat & even smells nice. What more can you ask. Ordering is easy & delivery is quick. All round excellent.”
