Ordered goods on 11th January now 18th and still not received. Disappointed as good required for a show, Will now have to leave without them. Phone call to Groomers on the 16th assured me they would be here by 18th. At present no goods received

Easy to order but dont rate the customer service i ordered a set of clippers for the wife's bday which she took receipt of had i no idea when they arrived so i sent a email to customer service to the reply of we've looked into this and they were delivered at 13.55 which i didnt know about. i was made to feel that they thought i was trying to con them even after I sent another email saying hope my wife hasn't took receipt of them as they were a bday present got no reply abit angry considering these were £300 dont know if I'll be using them again thanks Andrew

Very pleased with the prompt delivery of my Andis AGC2 clipper and new blade, I ordered these to replace my old clipper. I was disappointed to find that I had to fit the continental fitting into the plug before use which I found a little fiddly due to arthritis and didn't have to do with my old clippers, not used my clipper yet so can't comment on how efficient it is.

I ordered a product by 12:55 on 23rd October 2018, and as at 22:20 on 30th October, i still have not received my order by standard delivery. According to deliveries and returns, products ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually shipped the same day. Even if it wasn’t shipped on the 23rd, that is still allowing 5 if not 6 working days for delivery. In this day and age for an item weighing no more than 150g, I expect when paying over £3 for postage that my order would take less than a week to receive. I also take issue with the fact that apart from acknowledgement of payment and order, that is the only communication received. It is almost as if once payment is received, Groomers fails to care about their customers. I think that Groomers needs to review its customer care policy, ensure that they let customers know when a product can be expected. There is nowhere that says when a product can be expected, and nothing on the confirmation email apart from ‘standard delivery’. This is the second time I have had to query the speed of delivery of items, and quite frankly it’s not good enough, especially when I asked for the item to be delivered to my sister’s address and tomorrow I return to Scotland. This level of service makes me question a, would I recommend your company and b, would I ever purchase goods from you in the future?

However, the courier have delivered the goods, but to an incorrect address. We are investigating as to what has happened and rest assured, we are taking this error very seriously. I ordered for my item to be sent via express delivery, upon me checking where my item was I found it still hadn’t been sent, they may have well refunded the express delivery cost but the service was very slow in my opinion

Haven’t ordered from groomers for a while, nearly lost me as a customer due to the trouble I had trying to order online from you! The amount of times I had to type in the code to try and proceed to checkout! Had to use existing account when couldnt remember password, had to reset! Nearly didn’t order at all!

Second time ordering off groomers and it was nothing but hassle. I ordered online and had trouble changing my billing address once I had managed to change it I finally made the payment. To which the following day my mother in law had a call saying that the billing address hadn't changes and the payment hasn't gone out. So she changed it again and they said that's fine. To then 4 hours later had s call again claiming the card had come up as a fraud !! My mother in law was upset by this to say the least. Rang the bank immediately to be told there to no issue with the card or account. But they had actually taken the money out the night I had first put in the details ! They were trying to take the money again. Rang groomers straight back to have no apology or explanation for the situation just that they'd got payment and it was being dispatched!! Never again will I order online. It's a joke

Good range of products that other suppliers do not hold, however some of these products seem to be out of stock a while. Whilst making my last order with you I had a promotion pop up for free shampoo if I ordered over £100, within the hour, using a promo code, which I thought was great, however when I tried doing this and the promo code kept being rejected, so I gave up on the promotion, which I would have liked.

I have had very good experiences and products from Groomers. However, I would advise not to buy anything they are selling "refurbished". I have brought some Heinegar corded clippers in silver . The first pair i brought (after being refurbed) i couldn't even attach a blade to. Groomers were good at sending me a courier foc to take the back. They said the hinge was broken. When i received them back they stopped working after less than 20 minutes! They sent me a label to send these back and then i requested a pair that didn't have any faults etc. After consideration they gave me my money back. I also brought a table which they said was used for exhibitions etc second hand and this continuously slides down so the table is at an angle. This obviously is not safe for the dog or me as the groomer. My friend brought the same table and hers does the same thing. I have complained on both fronts and was told id get a call but nothing. Now Im back to square one and have to buy some more lightweight corded clippers and have to use my old table that doesn't fit an "H bar" on as its too short! Im not writing this to shame Groomers but to show honestly what my experience has been.

Fantastic products but postage and packaging very expensive. Especially as products were just in a large Jiffy bag which was split when it was delivered to me.

I was happy with the products I received with groomers, however the service from dpd was awful. It was suppose to be next day delivery however it took 4 days to get my parcel with a lot of wasted time - I was sitting in my flat at the delivery time slot to receive a text from dpd saying they couldn't deliver it as no one was in, then I thought it best to arrange to collect it from a shop, they said it would be there by 12 noon the next day... It wasn't. Eventually I got my hands on the parcel. There was no way of phoning anyone, really disappointed with the service and will now completely avoid ordering anything that uses them as a deliver service.
