“I would like to say thanku fir my new slicker brush its lovely and dog snood and dog drying mitt all lovely I haven't used the snood or drying mitt yet but i have used the slicker brush and its lovely on my dogs coats will definitely use and buy some more products from u again and recommend a friend many thanks Emma Smith .”

“Product was originally out of stock, emailed to ask when it Would be back in stock they said they would email to let me know when it was available. Didn’t get an email just checked online again and they were Available to order. From the ordering process and delivery was good”

“I recently purchased a uv steriliser from Groomers Online... and after only a few uses it stopped working. I contacted customer services and left a message for help. The next day someone rang and suggested I returned the item for inspection. It was collected promptly without any cost to me and by Wednesday I received a brand new steriliser. Groomers online kept their promise of getting this situation sorted quickly and easily for me. I know I can rely on this company ... they are professional and very fair.. and purchases are always delivered quickly. Thankyou Groomers online !!!”
