“I purchased a bath on legs (with a ramp) because bending over to wash my dog was starting to make bathtimes too uncomfortable for me, and because I'm just starting to be a home-visit dog groomer and not all my clients have a bath in their homes. The estimated delivery for the parcel was a week away, but it ended up coming 2 days later, without warning (would have preferred an email update). The bath itself came in great condition - no severe damage to the packaging, all the components were there, and nothing had been damaged in transit. Despite the missing communication step, I found this first experience of Groomers Professional's shop site to be helpful and met expectations.”

“The bristles feel sharp and Ted my cockapoo isn't keen on me brushing him with this brush, even though I'm as gentle as I can be. I really wanted a brush with bristles that aren't bent over a little at the tips.”

“Pet grooming hair dryer I needed to replace the hose for was out of stock so spoke to your team who confirmed that should be back in stock at end of March and they would put me on waiting list and email me when back in stock. That didn't happen so it was pure luck that I happened to be browsing and noticed they were in stock. Products great, customer service could be better.”

“My dog's groomer recommended Ridasect flea shampoo as I was having flea problems. It cleared most of them I'm pleased to say and will be using it regularly together with flea drops. His coat is shiny and soft as well. Very pleased.”

“I've given a 4 stars cause I normally get great delivery service but I placed my order in the 27th Oct and not yet received it and it's the 4th Nov. I don't usually get a ratings survey until items received . I know there are problems with the post so maybe it's that. As I have my own business I know what reviews can do so for something that maybe out of your control I wouldn't score any less. less order no 250378 for reference”

“Easy to use website, quickly delivered. My only gripe on a personal level is I would much prefer my invoice with my parcel rather than in an email as I don't have access to a printer.”
