Really good and fast service However a lot of things are out of stock all the time which is annoying but the stuff in stock is perfect and the service is easy!

Fast delivery with great customer service. Why the 3 stars you ask?! Several items are out of stock, and with no backorder system I object to paying for carriage, as the balance of items I was after, would fall slightly under the £85 spend to qualify for free delivery. Also, 'Groomers' appear to have shifted heavily towards the retail market. Professional groomers would like some price difference surely!

Choosing is easy; the range is good. The delivery takes almost a week and postage costs a fortune! Free Next day delivery is what we get used to. I forgot something so made two orders on the same day. Paid over £10 delivery and waited days for delivery. Charge for postage delivery next day

We offer free delivery for orders over £85.00, but unfortunately, your order did not come to this value, which was why you have paid a postage fee. The order itself, was placed online after our 2pm cut off on Friday 20th and therefore, the goods were dispatched the next working, which in this case, was Monday 23rd. Upon tracking the order, this was delivered on Wednesday 25th, which would be within the standard 2-3 working day delivery service. The product I ordered looked as though it would do the job I wanted it for, but it was too big. I suggested in my e-mail that it would be a good idea to give product dimensions on the website. On the positive side, service and delivery were both very good.

Disappointed. I ordered wrong item and immediately contacted Groomers to ask if I could amend order. A couple of days later I was told it had been shipped and I could return item and reorder. Not financially viable with p&p costs. Items received - shampoo had leaked. Comb and bush are good products.

Order came a day late and sadly when it arrived it was a little tight. Good quality i have to say and the returns system very good too.

Took a while to arrive,but then that could be because of the situation.. They item although i measured where to small,way to small!The small print says you cant send back if you have opened the packed,but how do you know its going to fit if you can try it on!!And the fact that its cost postage to get the items and postage back to them again hardly makes it worth purchasing.

Product was originally out of stock, emailed to ask when it Would be back in stock they said they would email to let me know when it was available. Didn’t get an email just checked online again and they were Available to order. From the ordering process and delivery was good

Same week, order from Lintbells, no postage. Order from Dowest, no postage. Order from you, NO COMMENT. Nice to see loyalty from some suppliers as we are all unable to go to shows !!!.

This would be a five star review, as the clippers I ordered arrived quickly and are everything they are advertised to be, EXCEPT that I went back into the website the following day to order some comb attachments and kept getting the messa, 'There are no couriers available to deliver to your country.' I ordered from Scotland and Groomers seems to be UK based, the previous order came quickly via DPD. Seemed very strange. When I tried to ring, there was no one to anser the phones. We are in a pandemic, of course, so my inability to contact anyone was not terribly surprising. This situation continued, so I ended up going elsewhere for the attachments.
