“We ordered a snood for our staffie because he's terrified of fireworks,(jet planes and the glass recycling lorry) oh and mega rain. Actually the Fright List seems to be endless. The snood arrived so quickly! And is made of a stretchy fabric that goes onto his head, over his ears, very quickly. He was a bit subdued with it on at first, but it fits very snugly and he gets accustomed to it easily. So far it has calmed him down quite a bit, so thank you for selling something which has made him a lot happier. Would happily recommend you.”

“Ordered one day and received the next, very prompt. The stripping comb that I ordered is perfect. It is really easy to use and lightweight, so my hand doesn’t get sore. Will definitely use Groomers online again.”

“Have always when I can, shopped at Groomers, be it on line or mostly at shows, which of course could not attend this year, with so many shows being cancelled. Efficient service and order arrives quickly. Will continue to use this company as have never been let down. Have been dog grooming for over 43 years and although used other companies in my early days, once discovered Groomers, have stuck with them ever since.”

“I ordered a tunic showing in stock on line. The item was not in stock. I received an email stating the tunic was out of stock and a refund will be made, still not received the refund . Unable to purchase from elsewhere until I get my money back. The money should not have been taken if the item was not in stock! Surely the money should be taken when the order is fullfilled. Puts me off a further purchase with this company.”
