“Groomers is such a handy and accessible website! As a professional groomer but also a dog owner, I can find everything I need. With a wide range of brands and products, I hardly go anywhere else to shop for the salon! Groomers has THE BEST customer service I have come across, they address every matter, and I’ve had no problems ordering from them at all. Not to mention their great point system which makes you feel appreciated as a buyer. I really do believe groomers have got the online seller to buyer experience spot on, I can’t fault them; I highly recommend that all groomers, pet business’ and owners, should choose groomers for their needs too.”

“So far I've been very happy with the service and the products. No problems at all, my items arrived fairly quickly, and were all good quality products. I'm a beginner and I've only just started to practice dog grooming, but so far everything seems in good working order.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. The goods were dispatched on the same day which was on Friday 01/07/2022. The courier attempted delivery on the next wroking day, which in this case was Monday 04/07/2022, but unfortunately, nobody was available to accept the goods. However, we understand that a calling card was left and you have since collected the goods from a local depot. “Great fast service. Happy with my order. Scissors weee going to be a backup but they are lovely considering the price that I’ve ended up keeping them for best! Wasn’t expecting such a nice scissor! And my clipper blades are fab. Thank you.”
