I had added to note for delivery. Leave with neighbours if not home, this was ignored and I then had to collect from post office 2 days later. Also package did not have my name on. Also packaging was ripped at both ends

I made a call to Groomers to check the sizing of a grooming jacket I was interested in. I explained I was a 14 possibly 16 in grooming clothing and was advised to order a Large as "they tend to be generous". The jacket has arrived and is really tight. I'm a 14 in Marks and Spencer, Tesco and most high-street stores and not 'hippy' yet the jacket is tight and especially so over the hips as it is long-line. I had to pay postage so not only wasted the postage money but the phone call too. Plus I now have to package it up and post it back. Very disappointed. Will return the jacket and will no longer order sized clothing from Groomers or indeed phone for advice. I would recommend that telephone staff do try on the clothing and give informed advice - it's very important to prevent wasted time and money for us busy groomers.

I had recently attended a dog grooming day at a local college where they used Groomer shampoo and mixer bottle. I ordered both. The mixer bottle was much smaller than I had used and a washing up bottle will do just as well. Tthe shampoo was also smaller than expected. The price did not include VAT so the final price was not such good value as first thought.

Hi Denise, i'm very sorry you feel disappointed with your purchases. We do sell a 1 litre bottle, you ordered the 500 ml, perhaps this is what the college used? The college may also have used a 5 litre bottle of shampoo as against the 2.5 litre that you ordered. All of the prices on our website include VAT although the VAT is shown as a separate element on the final billing page for accounting purposes. I hope this makes sense, we do not like to think that any of our customers are disappointment and we take all feedback, positive and negative, seriously.

Disappointing first purchase. Bought two pairs of scissors, whilst they arrived promptly, one pair was faulty. It took a further call to resolve, to be told the scissors were faulty and a refund made to my account, I should have been told so sorry, the money should be in my bank account within the next 2 days. The scissors were posted 11 working days ago.

I have checked with my colleague who processes the returns and refund was requested to go back on to your account on 05.07.15 to the value of £24.98. - it generally takes 3-4 working days for refunds to be shown on the account so it should be there any day now. I ordered a pair of paw print clogs on 25 July 2015. Admittedly it was late on a Saturday evening but altho I received a confirmation e-mail of my order I have heard nothing since, I have just sent an e-mail enquiring as to where my order might be. I did try to buy a pair of clogs at the Leeds Dog Show but they didn't have any on the stand. I am disappointed that 10 days have passed without any contact whatsoever and I am left wondering where my item is. Help?

When ordering on line I was unable to put more than three items in my basket - but I needed 4 items. I did note my problem on the order manifest and asked that all 4 items to be posted in same package to save on postage.My message was ignored and I was charged over £5 for 4 smallish items. So no, I wasn't thrilled about my experience shopping on like and will probably wait until I'm at a show before buying from you again. Yours sincerely, Judy Spooner

I couldn't find my groomers bristle brush and I'm not going to any dog shows currently so I ordered another one as I dog groom part time as well as needing this excellent product for my own dogs. The postage was a rip off. It took nearly a week to arrive and once here it isn't the same as the one I already had (which I found today!) - it is a cheaper version. Not impressed. Sorry. I bought all my grooming stuff from Groomers. This is the only negative experience though from this excellent company.

Good Morning Sherril, I am sorry you are disappointed with your brush and the postage you were charged. We send small products through Royal Mail tracked and charge the prices they set - however, I apologise for it taking so long to reach you. I have put a prepaid return label in the post to you in case you would like to return the brush for a full refund. Once again, please accept our apologies for the disappointment and we are glad that you are normally happy with our service and products.

I wrote a note that. Was not read I had to contact you to find that my goods had broken and to be dispatched the next day I would like to be kept up to date with my goods as I am a dog groomer which was in my note to you I did not get my discount I did not get the stickers very disappointing I will be using the telephone as I get a better service

Ordered a new dog blaster that arrived promptly enough. However, when I opened the box it was a hire machine and not what I expected at all with bits missing, dents and paperwork for another customer. This is why the rating is 'poor' as I had the trouble of ringing and complaining and having to be around another day to return and take delivery of another parcel. However, the lady I spoke to was apologetic and it was resolved, but I would have expected better particularly for the amount the item cost.

I ordered a catalogue well over a week ago and it still hasn't arrived. Not impressed with despatch/delivery. Can't comment on goods as without a catalogue I haven't made any purchases.

The courier do not leave cards so you do not know when they have been or how to contact them to arrange a suitable time slot. I wouldnt reccomend ordering as its very stressful especially if you need something quickly

On your website we are told to dilute the detangling shampoo 6-1. On the bottle it says nothing. The assistant at Pets at Home told me that was because the shop bought shampoo is for home use and does not need to be diluted. Having used it and found that it DID need to be diluted I telephoned your company to be told by an employee that it wasn't 6-1 but 7-1 and there had been a number of other complaints. No apology was offered; no enquiry as to whether or not my dog's skin had suffered with a non-diluted shampoo (which is did); and no idea if or when this whole problem would be resolved. Totally underwhelmed.

Dear Caroline, We are sorry that you feel this way and that your dogs skin has suffered. We can assure you that our website does currently give a 7:1 dilution rate. We are reviewing our labelling and adding dilution rates will be one of the things that we do to ensure this issue does not occur again. This should be rolled out later this year. Usually I have never had any problems, this time, I did not receive a product. I phoned only to be told you were aware of this (no notification given) and you would send them forward when you have them in stock, no date given.

Orderd this trimmer to tidy up paws on my spaniel ,what a let down ,it would not even trim fine fur let alone around paws.waste of money,have asked for refund.sent trimmer back still waiting for refund ,should have bought from eBay would have got instant refund from them.

I normally have good experience with Groomers big on this occasion I'm very disappointed with the service. I never received an email or text to say my order had been dispatched so had no idea when it was coming so it was lucky that someone was able to take it in for me. Then when I opened delivery there was no invoice or reward stickers so I emailed to advise this. A Tracey then sent me the invoice by email and posted my stickers, but only sent me five stickers instead of six. Total disaster!

Unfortunately on this occasion the courier let it down. Was later than advised and then went to the wrong place, which clearly was not in a business centre. Then on unpackaging the items, there was damage to more than one part of the electric grooming table. Disappointing for the money spent.

Received grooming stoll in good time but it was faulty. This isn't the first time I've had to return items. Bought elsewhere in the end. Have to say the representatives are really helpful though
