“Everything was great order arrived earlier too”

“This would be a five star review, as the clippers I ordered arrived quickly and are everything they are advertised to be, EXCEPT that I went back into the website the following day to order some comb attachments and kept getting the messa, 'There are no couriers available to deliver to your country.' I ordered from Scotland and Groomers seems to be UK based, the previous order came quickly via DPD. Seemed very strange. When I tried to ring, there was no one to anser the phones. We are in a pandemic, of course, so my inability to contact anyone was not terribly surprising. This situation continued, so I ended up going elsewhere for the attachments.”

“My breeder recommended I use this site to purchase Groomers Performance Crown Coat shampoo for my Irish Setter. She gets grubby when I walk her on our local Common; particularly now she is getting longer hair. We give her a dry-off and a good brushing after every walk and bath her weekly. This shampoo gives an excellent lather and removes all odour from the muddy Common. I will be using this shampoo from now on.”

“Helpful advice during my telephone call, advising me of the best blades to order for our labradoodle and cockerpoo. Ordered the clippers, blades and scissors which we received the next day delivery. We have groomed both of our dogs and although we are beginners, the clippers are brilliant and have made a lovely smooth trim. Both the clippers and blades are very sturdy, well made and cut through our dogs coat with ease. We had been struggling with a cheaper set of clippers for some time but the difference we found using the Masterclip brand was huge. Very good service, highly recommended. Many thanks”
