“Have used this product, many years ago, sorry! I forgot about it. But as struggling with fleas, (spot ons just not working), found this again! It's a game changer!!! Excellent service next day delivery, brilliant!! Can't ask for more.”

“Left my dog’s fur soft and smooth! Only have tried it once and seen a big difference. Our Oscar had dandruff and itchy skin. The dandruff has reduced and he itches less! Highly recommend and great pricing.”

“A brilliant choice of every grooming device and bathing product you could ever need. Each product is thoroughly described and it’s easy to find the right product for whatever breed you’re grooming. The customer service is especially good: helpful, courteous and honest. More importantly the prices are very reasonable and the delivery turn around time is excellent. I love this store, don’t use it too often because they don’t stock rubbish and what I buy lasts and lasts. Five stars all round!”

“I used Evening Primrose shampoo years ago on my two show mini daxies, and bathed my Granddaughter in it it stopped her inflamed skin problems, now I have two mini long hair daxies so the only shampoo for them is Groomers thank you my boys have wonderful coats xx”

“Ordered a set of Andis pulse zr ll October last year clippers were hardly used as I have a second pair they started smoking so I sent them back, they sent out a new pair and they squealed high pitched on every groom when used sent them back again to which it’s taken weeks for them to send out a new set luckily I’ve been on holiday however Royal Mail have since delivered the parcel under a vehicle on my driveway while no one was home the parcel was not there on my sisters return at after 7pm so my new clippers have gone missing. Groomers have said they will send new ones out but now I’m having to wait longer and I’m due back home tomorrow with only 2 days before I go back to work. Quite disappointed”
