“On my 5th pair does that not tell you something, only gripe was promised walking socks which never arrived.”

“These particular boots were exactly what my husband has been looking for since making walks in the countryside a regular part of his daily life. For that matter, he could have done with these when working in stables or any other outdoor activity that required a lot of walking. They are sturdy, waterproof, offer great support and have a roomy toe-box. No other footwear before these boots has fulfilled all these criteria.”

“Some months ago i was so annoyed by what I perceived was a poor almost indifferent, response to a question. It was fortunate that time passed,tempers cooled!, and I've always been more than happy with the product. Happily the most recent contact was absolutely fine.”

“Exceptional customer service from Grisport UK and brilliant boots as well. The issue with the boots was resolved the same day with a replacement pair sent out as soon as the proof of postage for the damaged pair was given. The replacement pair were checked before dispatch and were as good as they said. Extremely satisfied with them and the company have used again for more socks and will use again in the future.”

“I purchased a pair of grisport walking shoes several years ago and have been exceptionally pleased with them. When I came to replace an old pair of hiking boots and with this experience in mind, I looked no further than grisport. In my opinion they are a high quality product at an affordable price.”

“A little heavier than my previous leather boots but they are a fantastic fit; look great and are really comfortable to wear. Didn’t need to wear them in as per previous boots. Would highly recommend…..and customer service was excellent too!”
