“So far very happy with the boots which i use just for my morning walk around the local park, sometimes with my son's dog, and to collect medication. Despite only being a few pounds more than my previous ones they seem to be much better made.”

“A very well-made product with good quality materials being used. From experience, Grisport products are hard wearing, retain their looks if cared for and are very good value for money. The product arrived very quickly and was well packaged. All in all an excellent service and high quality product.”

“I love Grisport bots but would advise to buy direct from a retailer and not from the uk website. Customer service is non existent and trying to get a refund for an item that didn't arrive (wasn't even shown on Royal Mail tracking) was very difficult.”

Thank you for your comments. The comments do not follow the actual events. We had two phone calls from yourself in relation to this non delivery. We advised that there was a 5 day window that the parcel could arrive in, as the delivery is only an estimate. Once this time had passed and the parcel was still not delivered then we could action a claim and attempt a second delivery or a refund. After your second call to let us know you still did not have the parcel then we refunded your purchase whilst on the call and apologised for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately on occasions, there can be issues with deliveries going missing or packages becoming damaged and not reaching their destinations. Your original delivery is still showing as pending and upon our investigations, Royal mail have confirmed as missing. We are disappointed that your review claims that customer services are non existent, when our team try our upmost to provide the best service we can. We have many genuine reviews commenting on great service and we pride ourselves on this. We appreciate that your comments reflect your frustration with the service on this occasion. DC Grisport UK

“java walking shoe arrived promptly as I wanted. the trident, I had to return as too pointed for my toes. Quality as I expected from Grisport. Return and refund also dealt with expeditiously. I would recommend Grisport and it's products. Thank you.”

“Unfortunately I had to return my boots as there was a slit in the left one. Am waiting for a replacement.i was very pleased with the service I received. Looking forward to delivery of my new ones.”

“Excellent service from the people at Grisport. Being a numpty, I realised just after completing my order that I'd got the size wrong. A quick call remedied this and the package was delivered promptly. Also, the free gift pack is actually good quality stuff! Thank you.”

“For the first time in 5 orders.disappointed with one of the boots stamped as a 37 it was too big,as well as kinked leather in 2 places and one of the metal tabs was squshed flat.however the replacement pair were perfect up to your usual standard.have you got the neutral dubbing in stock yet. Regards Donald Rae”
