“Brilliant walking boots which I would not be without. They are beautifully made but can put up with anything a tough walk can throw at them. I appreciate the extras that came with the boots too. It feels as though Grisport cares for their customers.”

“Fabulous shoes. I’m female shoe size 6.5 and the 40 fits very well. Very lightweight sturdy shoe. Lovely fit in the mid foot and plenty of toe room. Sole is more rigid than flexible and provides good stability. Love, love these shoes.”

“This is my 5th pair of walking shoes - all the same model - nice combination of sport and formal and the only one in the GRi stable that fits that description. Great quallity, comfort and style. One gripe I have is that Grisport have changed the way they market the quality rejuvenating cream - you now get a lot less in a tube than previously in a jar - less product for more money -shame on u Grisport.”

“Ordered my new Rampage boots 10.21 am on 22nd September and by 4.06 pm the same day received the AUTUMN10 code offering me an extra 10% off my order - a little frustrating and this has since been followed up by no fewer than 3 further offer emails with 10% off - hopeful that Grisport may do the right thing and credit me the equivalent loyalty points to my account - not yet used the boots awaiting much wetter conditions before I put them to the test”

“On my second pair of Aztec boots. I was initially surprised that the seams had split between the sole and the upper at the point where they get the most movement which affected the waterproofing so I spoke to Grisport and talked it through with them, they were particularly helpful and informative. In actual fact given that I wear them for dog walking twice a day pretty much every day and have done for 2.5 years walk 20-25 miles a week that it is actually a pretty good result. I've kept the old boots as they are fine for walking in the dry and still very comfortable and I really like the wider fitting on the Aztec's and won't go anywhere else for my boots in future. Their youtube videos on maintaining your boots are very helpful too and I ordered some of their own brand waterproofing wax cream with the latest order which is performing better than Nikwax. They also throw in a pair of own brand, really good quality walking socks too as well a dri-towel which were welcome suprises. All in all, an excellent product, very good value and service.”

“Customer service was excellent. I ordered a pair of boots which when received were excellent but more than I needed. I contacted Grisport to explain and was able to return them and exchange for a different pair, which were more suited to my needs, without incurring any postage charges.”
