“Amazing service! Really above and beyond. I made an online purchase of some walking boots (Ladies Hurricane) for my daughter's D of E - Grispsport had been recommended by the leaders of the trip. It was also recommended that you try them on in-store - but we lived too far away. The guy from Grispsport spent a lot of time talking me through the options and advising me on this boot. They were ideal! Fit perfectly. My daughter actually had a foot problem during the trip and these really supported her foot. It poured down and her shoes were the only ones in the group to not let in any water at all. They were super hardy, practical and comfortable. Plus, she LOVEd the "real hiking" look of them. Excellent, really worth it. Fantastic buy. so pleased with these and the service. Fantastic.”

“My first pair of Grisport boots . Fantastic quality wore them for the first time yesterday found them comfortable just a few breaking in pains but nothing major I had them on the whole shift . Had a few comments from colleagues that thought they looked great . They came with a bag to carry them in and a coffee mug . Really impressed with them . You can feel the quality compared to what they give us at work.”

“This is the second time we have bought shoes from Grisport and both times we have had good, quick service from Gavin. I ordered my shoes and was informed that although they had shown up on the stock list they were actually not available. Gavin apologised and said they should be in in a few days. I was in no hurry for them so it wasn't a problem. I phoned him a bit later on and was told that they had arrived and as I had been 'inconvenienced' he added a pair of very comfortable boot socks. All in all, the shoes are very comfortable and the service has been second to none. Thank you Gavin.”

“I was extremely pleased with the purchase I made. The boots are perfect, fit well and were delivered extremely quickly. The free gifts were also unexpected and both were highly useful items which I have used already. Having a boot bag for the car is a really good idea. Many thanks”

“We have owned several pairs of Grisport boots over the years. Mainly walking boots but also safety boots. All have been comfortable straight out of the box and excellent value for money. Great customer service too. My last order recently, arrived in two days”
