“Received 2 pairs of boots instead of 1? Had to return as too small but seems I have been charged for return of both pairs and to be fair think I should only have had to pay for 1 as that was my original order.”

“The boots look attractive, seem well-made and were delivered quickly. They also had free gifts of socks and a neck warmer included. The boots immediately felt very comfortable and so I decided to keep them. However, on my first long walk I realised that, although they fit reasonably well across the boot, they are a few millimetres too short for me (a size 43) in their overall length. Consequently, at the end of a 10-mile walk, my toes were sore from having butted up against the end of the boots. The right boot also gave me a blister around my ankle. I've tried wearing thinner socks, and this makes wearing them a little more comfortable, but if the problem persists I'll be forced to buy some different boots and will have wasted £115. If Grisport did half sizes, I'd recommend everyone to buy a size up from normal. Apart from that, the boots were fine.”

“Can't fault Grisport. I bought my second pair of boots from them and although they were advertised as water proof they weren't. Sent back, immediately refunded and have ordered a different pair expected shortly excellent customer service”

“Great customer service. I used my old email by accident so didn't get the usual confirmation of purchase. I asked if my order had gone through and I got very quick responses to clarify that all was well. Boots came promptly and are fantastic quality. Took a few walks to wear in as I have one wide foot, not the boots fault! They now feel like slippers. Very pleased 😊”
