“Really pleased with my purchase(s), researched what boots were the best for value, comfort and wearability, started with the cheapest of the three suppliers recommended and what a result starting with Grisport. I've now ordered 4 pairs, two each for me and my partner, she's equally pleased with hers... Still on our initial pairs, only ordered extras as they were such good value. We walk every day so the boots are definitely getting a hammering, showing no signs of breaking down yet so all good at the moment. Brilliant customer service, special mention to Gavin for sorting out a return which involved swapping for a completely different product and price which he completed first time of asking without the usual convoluted pains. Keep up the standards, many thanks, Andy”

“Everest Trekking Boot. Quick delivery and boots fitted well, I take UK size 10 1/2 and so ordered EU size 45 and they fitted perfectly. Comfortable straight from the box, have worn them for 3 weeks now, for twice daily dog walks on Ashdown Forest as well 2 full days walking on the Shropshire Hills. Have waxed them 3 times and totally waterproof despite a lot of rain, saturated ground and puddles. Just as comfortable as my Scarpas but at about half the price. Very happy and will definitely be buying Grisport boots again, especially pleased with the free extras - water bottle and microfibre towel.”

“Excellent products with outstanding customer service. I had to return a recent new purchase and exchange for a different product. Returned and received new perfect replacement with a week. New boots are so comfortable. Well done Grisport. Think this must be my 5th purchase with you so far.”

“Lovely looking shoe, but unfortunately too narrow. Found this out too late to return. Wore outside for a short walk and realised they pinched the toes. Recommend you buy a size up from your usual size.”

“I'm a Wedding Photographer, and I have major foot and leg issues. I've looked long and hard for comfortable and stylish boots. It's been very stressful, having tried on so many that don't offer sufficient support. I've even tried specialist shoe stores. None were suitable! Thankfully, thanks to Grisprt, I've found the perfect boot! The Peaklander Black Hiking Boot! I bought 3 pairs! I can't express how grateful I am to have these. Most importantly - They enable me to continue working! And I'm not exaggerating when I say that, because I can't wear any other boots! But not only that, they are stylish - which is essential in my line of work. I love thesimple black design. Thank you, so much Grisport. Please continue making these great boots!”

“Good quality, reasonably priced products. Boots came very quickly. Unfortunately, I had to return as my chosen boots did not suit my foot shape. However, I exchanged for a different style which I am very happy with. Customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend Grisport.”

“I am SO happy with my new waterproof walking boots. (Aztec Wide Fit Boot - Crazy Horse Leather Code: CMG733) I have wide feet, I didn't think that wide, but wider then the average boot size. I was recommended a company that specifically stocks wide and extra wide shoes and boots. However their walking boots, lovely as they were were suede, no good for mud! I tried on every boot from tresspass and the only boot that fitted comfortable iswas a badly made boot that didn't last a year. I finally found Grisport. I didn't have a local stockist so contacted them direct. Gavin was so helpful. I initially ordered a 5, my size. It seemed a little tight. He recommended trying a 6 as some people to size up. 6 was perfect and worked both with or without ny orthotics. I am made up! LOVE THEM! These are quality boots, comfortable from first time wearing them and they'll last for years. Customer service is excellend, highly recommended. Thank you Grisport & Gavin.”

“Hi this is second pair of crazy horse leather walking boots I have bought. The last pair that I bought 5 years ago have been retired for gardening and this is after daily use. The absolutly best boots around. well worth the money.”

“My boots arrived very quickly, and I was kept up to date with the delivery. It was a lovely surprise to receive a water bottle as an extra treat and a really good quality one too. I've been wearing my boots in, although it really wasn't necessary as they're very comfortable, thank you.”

“I have now purchased 3 lots of footwear and a few other items. Good product, fits well - no issue. Unfortunately I've had 2 separate fault issues and although the return service is simple enough it takes a long time for it to be actually addressed. Secondly there is no letter/comment to acknowledge the issue or any apology. Im my opinion this is basic customer service, so something Grisport should think about.”
