“The boots are good but to expensive”

“Everything I have bought is of high quality. Orders arrive well packaged, on time, and intact! I bought some Grisport walking shoes at least 16 years ago and they were well used and as comfortable on the day they wore out as the first day. I have wide feet. I bought a replacement pair and I prefer them to my walking boots, of a different make. Socks are really well-sized too.”

“I bought the Lady Terrain boots and I am very happy to report that they are extremely comfortable. As I have slightly wide feet I had to go up a size but the exchange could not have been easier, great service from the guys at Grisport.”

“When looking for walking boots I opted for Grisport for a few reasons -- my partner had purchased shoes from them a few months ago, had a good experience including a helpful tel. call with a member of staff. Also they have a good range of boots at a good price, with deals on a number of the styles. Lastly, they have a good write-up on Which. I selected a pair - got a discount and the socks/hat etc offer. Unfortunately, the boots became out of stock overnight but I was impressed to get a text the following morning to offer a refund or the opportunity to select an alternative. I did the latter by email and then called them the next day. Had a good chat with a member of staff (Gavin) - really helpful and he obviously posted the boots the same day because I got them within 24hrs. They seem pretty tough and hard-wearing and wide fitting - really impressed by the quality of the goods and even more by the response of the staff and hence the Company itself. It helps that they're local in the North East. Made buying a pleasure thank you.,”

“I’m so glad I found these boots. The comfort and fit right out of the box is amazing. Shipping to the United States is quick and painless. I did have to do a little research to reference my size but that worked out just fine. I have tried a lot of different brands of boots in 50+ years and I’ll have to say these fit and feel the best!!”

“Not very quick at giving a refund, not had any sort of acknowledgemnt even though they were received back by Grisport over a week ago. Nothing wrong with the boots but had to return them because of the size.”

Thank you for your review. We do try to refund all returns as soon as possible. Our returns policy states to allow up to 30 days for parcels to reach us and then be processed. I can see your order was refunded 6 days after being received but this did include weekends and bank holidays when we are cloded so this would have been the delay. Many thanks Grisport UK
