“My husband & I love Grisport walking boots, which we’ve used for several years now. The Grisport brand is excellent & they pride themselves on customer service, which is the only reason I give them less than five stars: very recently I have noticed a manufacturing flaw in my favourite pair of walking shoes. OK they were bought a few years ago, but I didn’t use them while I had wore out a previous pair and even after that then only “kept them for best”!! In other words I’ve hardly used them and this is the only time we’ve ever had cause to contact Grisport so I was rather disappointed that they ignored the photos if the obviously little used shoes & declined to help simply on the grounds of how long it had been since they’d made this style. Each case on its merits I think is the answer!”

“I was very impressed with these new boots. Firstly, they are actually wide fitting, not merely labelled as such as so many seem to be. Secondly, even though they are very soundly constructed they are not excessively heavy. Finally, and most importantly, having worn them continuously around the house for 2 days before venturing outside, they are extremely comfortable. I normally walk over 2000 miles a year across mixed paved and beach path terrain so I will be extremely interested in how they wear.”

“Following chemotherapy I suffer badly from neuropathic pain in the soles of my feet and have tried 4 pairs of boots from different makers in the last six months. I am now walking again in the Alps in my Bolzano boots. Lightweight, they fit the shape of my feet and with the Grisport insoles the pain is reduced to discomfort. I can only manage lower level day hikes these days and for my purposes these boots are fantastic”

“Bought Lady Excalibur recently in sale. Good,sturdy,well made boots that can be worn straight out of the box.Use mine mainly for dog walking but have climbed a few Munro’s in previous pairs.This is my third pair of Grisport boots. I’m a Podiatrist and found they had good ankle support and arch support with enough room to insert insoles/orthotics if needed. Good value for money but,unfortunately I missed out on my free socks as my husband laid claim to them!”

“This will be my 4th pair of boots from Grisport. I also have a pair of walking shoes. Totally a fan of the company. This was my first pair of fabric boots I purchased recently( Excalibur) this is the first pair that actually took a few days to break in. All the leather boots were ready from the start. I bought the Excalibur to use intermittently with the Bolzano boot I have been wearing since January 2022, to cut down on wear. I walk around 9 miles a day everyday. So far the Bolzano has been the best boot I have used in the range and will be purchasing a new pair before winter.”

“Very pleased with replacement boots . I normally use a wax polish on leather boots for a shine . Since these boots are of a Matt finish please will you advise me which will be the best polish I can use. These boots look excellent quality.”
