After receiving my order and following all the manufacturer instruction,when used the kit first time it’s like a burning taste to it and experience of vaping feel the pod came as faulty and requested to the grey gaze still not received the reply.so best to buy local shop rather then online.i want to return the kit as soon they reply or need to contact again. Still no response after complaint

Bloody bar vapes was leaking fluid from the air flow & mouth piece .. one port charger didn't charge up .. won't be ordering again very disappointed.. the juice was on my finger & I rubbed my eye , it felt like my eye was burning !!

2nd device oxva pro .failed once again fires on its own making the pod melt very dangerous should be taken of the market

Have spent over £1,000 with this online store over the last few years. Recently, I have had items missing from my order 3 out of 7 times. First time I called, they apologised and sent through the missing items (Six Nic Shots). Second time, I couldn't be bothered to chase as it was only two Nic Shots and needed them quickly so went and bought in a local store. The most recent occassion was a pack of coils - they were the only reason I ordered with them as my local store had ran out, had been annoyed by the missing items previously but thought I'd give them another go. Called to compain, the guy on the phone stated "I'll check, if they definitely didn't get sent I'll get them sent out immediately and they'll be with you tomorrow" - No sign of these four days later and can't be bothered to call again so wil just take my money and spend elsewhere! Online orders may look cheap but it's a coin flip recently if you get your entire order.

Paid for next day delivery and it took 2 days. Grey haze then fobbed me off saying it was within 2 days

Liquid was everywhere after opening the package. Just wasted money. I definitely do not recommend it.

I recently had a miserable experience with Grayhaze's customer service, and I feel compelled to share my experience. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism I encountered was truly shocking and left me deeply disappointed. I contacted Grayhaze with a simple inquiry regarding a product I bought that had not been delivered. However, when I reached out, the customer service representative was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in assisting me and offered no guidance or solutions to my questions. Furthermore, the tone of their responses was unnecessarily rude and condescending. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of respect and courtesy in a customer service interaction. In my opinion, the way I was treated was completely unacceptable and far from the level of service one would expect from a reputable company. I believe that effective customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and it's a shame that Grayhaze fell short in this regard. I hope that they take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to ensure that other customers do not have to endure a similar negative experience. I sincerely hope that Grayhaze takes this feedback as an opportunity for self-improvement and works towards providing better customer service in the future. Until then, I would caution potential customers to be wary of the service they might receive from this company.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMANY THEY DONT ISSUE REFUND AND HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE RATS 🐀🐀

Just poor quality products! I really dont like giving negative reviews but I used to use this company a fair amount without issue (even whilst living in Australia) but recently it's just been poor! The delivery is fast and reasonably priced but the stock is just poor. First I had a mod which was scratched on arrival but to give them credit they did offer a partial refund which restored my faith somewhat. Having some faith restored I then buy liquids which taste absoulty disgusting! Both flavours I bought I know very very well (one was okay but the other tastes like it has actually gone rancid!). I bought the same bottle from another vendor just over a month ago and it tastes just fine! Perhaps this was a production issue but it's just far too convenient to have such significant issues a week apart! I think the moral of the story is to stick with other vendors! I was planning on placing a large Christmas order for friends and family from Greyhaze but I think I better opt for another vendor who I can trust to provide a product which isn't in some way faulty! I wouldn't subject others to the disappointment I have had from this company in the last couple or weeks! Frankly I have never, in 7 years of vaping, been so disappointed in a vape shop. This review will be replicated so that those who used to use this company, who may be coming back to Greyhaze to place an order know not to expect the quality they recieved years ago when this company actually cared about the quality of the products they carry.
