“Have spent over £1,000 with this online store over the last few years. Recently, I have had items missing from my order 3 out of 7 times. First time I called, they apologised and sent through the missing items (Six Nic Shots). Second time, I couldn't be bothered to chase as it was only two Nic Shots and needed them quickly so went and bought in a local store. The most recent occassion was a pack of coils - they were the only reason I ordered with them as my local store had ran out, had been annoyed by the missing items previously but thought I'd give them another go. Called to compain, the guy on the phone stated "I'll check, if they definitely didn't get sent I'll get them sent out immediately and they'll be with you tomorrow" - No sign of these four days later and can't be bothered to call again so wil just take my money and spend elsewhere! Online orders may look cheap but it's a coin flip recently if you get your entire order.”
