“I am very pleased with the hexagonal greenhouse I purchased and with the construction. However it was a great shock to be told the £470 I paid for it to be put up did not also include installing the three shelves. I do very strongly feel it should be explained to customers - that only the greenhouse will be put up and they will be left to find someone else to assemble the shelves.”

I realise that delivering all over the country makes it necessary to group deliveries together, but expectations could be better managed with more customer contact.”

“Not yet unpacked or erected but just noticed that the heater I ordered is the wrong one kerosene not paraffin and only some 18 hours burn time as opposed to 36 hrs which I need.”
