“Just what we wanted and looks good. Some pieces of glass arrived the wrong size but this was sorted with no fuss. Had to go and get our own then get a refund. Would have been nice to be offered a little extra for twelve mile round trip to glaziers.”

“Greenhouse delivered on time Driver was very polite and cheerful ,,,happy with the greenhouse quality ,,however Instructions were hard to follow and not clear , got some componant round the wrong way ,,took a while to put right,,,instructions need amending and made more clearer to follow and were confusing,,,a vidio would have been better,,”

“I have trouble assembling the lean to greenhouse even following the instructions! But managed in the end . I am usually quite able to assemble DIY item rather well .Only to find that the two side panes of glass are the wrong size ? I contacted customer service and I'm now waiting for the right items to arrive . Hopefully they will be ok . As for the green house it stands well in my garden after all the effort.”

“The delivery was fine but the instructions for the greenhouse are not very good as the illustrations are not very clear. Also we had to have the glass for the centre panel and the window vent re-cut as they were both too large.”
