“A very smart looking greenhouse at an excellent price. Delivery was on the day specified and the delivery crew carried everything into the rear garden. Assembly was fairly straightforward, although the roof gave me a little trouble (you have to put the struts in at an exact distance which turned out to be a slightly too long to fit them all in the cone). One minor issue was the staging "designed specifically for the Hera Range"; you can't fit these side by side, i.e. one continuous shelf, the hinges are too big. They have to be put in with gaps between, like in the promotional picture. That said those are manufacturer issues not Greenhouse Stores ones. I am very happy with the new greenhouse and amazed at how big it is!”

“The greenhouse you supplied is excellent for my needs. The only problem was having difficulty in finding someone to erect it. It took a while to track someone down. A pane of glass was found to be broken when unpacked but otherwise everything was in order. The greenhouse is sturdy against the winds we experience around here. It is a 6ft by 6ft, compact and perfect. Thank you so much. J Ashwell.”

“Good clean green house well made . Quality of glass brilliant so clean . Two triangles at rear of greenhouse supply to small needed to be bigger . Just started to make up the staging and they are a nightmare fiddle need to invent a tool to hold the nuts”

“The greenhouse parts were all there. Our builder had a problem which was solved with a phone call to you. The little clips used for the glass were ingenious. It did take longer than we thought to,put it up but our builder was working alone. Thanks”

“Purchased a 6x8ft greenhouse and am very pleased with it. We cemented the base posts a week before assembling the rest of the frame, and it went up easily. Never put a greenhouse up before, so we were really pleased. The green frame looks great too. Very sturdy once complete and well-made, although as is sometimes the case, the aluminium bolts are quite soft - we mistakenly put the door together incorrectly and had to replace a couple of nuts and bolts with something more substantial as they couldn't be re-used. Would definitely recommend.”

“Take your time to build greenhouse. Always read the instructions in conjunction with the drawings. Several times I thought the drawings were incorrect or couldn't understand what they referred to, but they were not - I simply had not taken time to read the instructions in conjunction. Once up the greenhouse is fine and is exactly what I required.”

“The Salesperson (must be PC these days), unfortunately I am unable to recall his name, was very conversant with the Elite greenhouse product that I wished to purchase. We talked about my sizing options and the optional extras that I wished to purchase. I did state to the Salesperson that I was also speaking to a competitor, and that a there was only £50 between both companies. The offer to 'throw in' the Elite shelving secured you my purchase. Elite have duly delivered the greenhouse which I have just finished installing. Their Production Manager, Phil, has taken my phone calls on 3no occasions and has been very helpful in resolving the installation queries that I have encountered during the construction. Overall I am very satisfied with both Greenhouse Stores for the professional customer sales team, and also with Elite, namely Phil, for his very good installation advise - he clearly knows his companies product. “They supplied what I wanted and when I wanted it. The product was excellent and when erected was better than my expectations. However there were one or two snags with the assembly which needs addressing and the principle one being clarity of instructions. The only form of instruction is the sketch drawings supplied where the view is defined (External or internal) by being encased in a bold border or left plain. This I found to be confusing in places and caused me to wrongly assemble two sections which had to be reconstructed, The knock on effect was annoying although not irredeemable initially by giving an out of square issue only noted when fitting the sliding doors. Better and clearer instructions are my recommendations.”
