“The greenhouse we bought is excellent and well manufactured the only downside were the assembly plans which were very vague, I struggled to assemble it and I have been in construction all my life (steel erection)”

“Decided to buy the dark green model, drive husband to despair, as no stickers on quite a few of the pieces, plus - we had some missing! They were sent out quickly, so he could finally finish it a few days later, but it was a disappointment that the package wasn't complete to start with.”

“I bought the Vitavia Phoenix Green 8x8 Greenhouse with Toughened Glazing, it arrived promptly and the driver was very helpful, Once I had unpacked it and started to assemble it I found the instructions easy to follow and the quality of the manufacture and engineering was excellent, during construction I made a couple of phone calls to customer service to clarify a couple of small issues I found them to be courteous, knowledgeable, and professional on each occasion. now that I have completed the installation I am delighted with it and I am really enjoying using my new greenhouse and look forward to many years of service from this excellent greenhouse”
