“Excellent price, delivery speed and product. My only quibble was the instructions were not quite clear enough. The photos in the instructions manual were really bad black and white photos. Hence a little trial and error. Also when it came to putting the glass in I didn’t find the instructions for this until I had half done it ( instructions were not with the glass but folded up with the flashing strips ) by then I had done the lions share. It was fiddly getting the flexible Perspex middle panels onto the bottom and top glass but all in all nothing is easy with self assembly is a good greenhouse. No guttering on this model mind. Took me 3 days on my own ( approx 14 hours all in ) to do it on my own thoroughly.”

“the halls popular greenhouse arrived on the day as promised. the only problem was that some nuts and bolts were missing and this delayed the construction. one phone call to the company and the missing parts arrived promptly. the instructions were rather vague and with virtually no text difficult to follow. however one more call to greenhouse stores and spoke to a very friendly and helpful lady who helped clarify what needed to be done and so i completed the greenhouse. the greenhouse is made of good quality materials and will hopefully last many years. thank you greenhouse stores”

“The ordered greenhouse arrived right on time, v helpful driver helped stash it in garage and have advice on who to contact if any problems or bits missing. Weather and other work means only base assembled so far & founders done, all now under 12ins snow!.Main package still unopened, await next chapter, ........Cheers Bill A”

“We are very pleased with the greenhouse; it is a lovely shape with a green frame which fits into our garden perfectly. There was a problem with one pane of glass which did not fit but it was replaced by the manufacturer within three days. Excellent service.”

“Good delivery. Items well packed. shame the base instructions were not packed with the base. I feel the instructions would be more helpful if they had some written words with a over all summery of the whole job. It took three of us just over a day to put it together.”

“It was a bit of a problem fitting the greenhouse together (we had to undo the pieces a few times) as the instructions were not too clear. Once it was all fitted together I Assembled the drop-down shelf only to find I need to dismantle the back wall in order to put the retaining nuts and bolts in place. Why don’t you let customers know that if they are having shelving they need to assemble them at the same time as the build of greenhouse? A paragraph or two in the front of the instructions would be an enormous help.”
