“I bought the greenhouse for my husband as an anniversary present & we've been delighted with it. The delivery was earlier than expected & the hauliers were very helpful & carried the pack in for us. We did get younger people to erect it but the instructions were comprehensive. A very good result, thank you.”

Hi, If you recall, you had ordered the incorrect glass in your original online order. If you had called us for advice, we would have recommended Toughened glass for the site you were putting the greenhouse. As it was, the fitter arrived in good time but had a wasted day due to the glass not being safe for your situation which he advised you on. The glass has to go back onto a routed delivery run as with your original greenhouse delivery as the glass cannot be sent via courier. Halls only have a finite number of installers and at this time of year and they try to get to you as soon as they can. As this is his second visit to you, he would have to reschedule some of the other installations he has in front of him. Hopefully, this has clarified the actual situation a bit more.

“Its only just been put up, so not sure what it will be like in the long term. Initial thoughts - it looks nice. But one piece of toughened glass disintegrated just by picking it up. So that will be an additional cost. We have a concrete base but the instructions said to build the greenhouse frame on wood (an additional cost) - and that seems weird because wood rots and the aluminium should last for years. So not too happy about that. But we did follow the instructions word for word and so its on concrete with wood around the base. We will have to Cuprinol the treated wood in green now to match the greenhouse, so that's another additional cost. Don't really like having to step over into the greenhouse rather than having it flush to the ground but we did know that was an issue before, however it was the only 12x6 greenhouse in our price range.”

“Very good greenhouse, although we had to call twice to chase up the order as they had no record of the initial order. But a few months on and The greenhouse is doing very well and we are pleased with it. I would say the instructions could do with being a lot clearer, lots of gaps and very vague, especially on the stage of inserting the glazing.”

“Delivery was excellent as was product quality. I asked for a spare part as one broke on assembly ( probably my fault) and one was delivered the same week. My only issue as other have mentioned is the quality of the instructions. They need very careful reading and some interpretation.”

“Very difficult to understand instructions as pictures are in black therefore hart..to see...top window holes are not in line with the Window catch so leakage around the window. We still have to remove door as cannot get the glass in.”
