Down To Earth is a multi-disciplined company offering specialist arboricultural contracting and consultancy throughout Kent and South East London.

Established in 1980 by Glenn Morris, and as one of the pioneering companies helping to establish the Arboricultural Association approved contractor scheme, we’ve grown into the largest tree contracting company in Kent securing an impressive array of clients in both the domestic and commercial sectors.

The successful merger with Greencut Horticulture in 2016 resulted in the creation of a large company that not only has the infrastructure to deal with any size job, but the modern back office systems that allow us to focus on a customer-centric model.

“A friendly efficient and first class service from all staff”

“this is the first time I have used this company and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and neighbours. They arrived at the time stated and carried out the work with professionalism and left the site clean and tidy. They worked on my neighbours trees and also trimmed my hedge at the bottom and I know my neighbour was very pleased with the work and may call they back again to trim another tree. First rate service.”

“The quote was carried out as scheduled. The quote was more competitive than other quotes namely because Greencuts have all their equipment whereas the other tenders had to hire in equipment and pass the cost to me. The team arrived on time, were very personable and worked extremely hard. The area was left spotless. They also gave me tips about my replanting too! I will definitely use them again next year! “After being let down by other companies to come round and give me a quote to remove my tree I come across Greencut after visiting Coolings . Dropped them an email responded back the next available working day . Came round gave a very reasonable quote which I excepted straight away . A Date was giving which was hounered , tree was removed very efficiently place left clean and tidy all staff very friendly would recommend great company thx”
