Down To Earth is a multi-disciplined company offering specialist arboricultural contracting and consultancy throughout Kent and South East London.

Established in 1980 by Glenn Morris, and as one of the pioneering companies helping to establish the Arboricultural Association approved contractor scheme, we’ve grown into the largest tree contracting company in Kent securing an impressive array of clients in both the domestic and commercial sectors.

The successful merger with Greencut Horticulture in 2016 resulted in the creation of a large company that not only has the infrastructure to deal with any size job, but the modern back office systems that allow us to focus on a customer-centric model.

“we are very pleased with the difficult pruning due to the position of our conifer trees some which had been neglected for sometime They look great We used Down to Earth via a recommendation from a neighbour and will have no hesitation in recomending to others and will definitely definetly being using Down to Earth again Thank you”

“This is the second time that I have used Greencut/ Down to Earth. This time I had 3 tree stumps removed, trees removed, areas cleared and other trees trimmed. Very good and very fast! See you in 3 years for the next haircut!”

“A very efficient and actuve young team carried out work at my parents' garden. Having been advised that my father had just been diagnosed Alzheiner's they were extremely kind and considerate, especially when they saw my father was becoming slightly nervous. My parents and I were delighted and would certainly highly recommend them to anyone who might ask.”

“We had 3 trees on the front of our house cut down and from the start to the end the staff have been fantastic. Initial calls with the head office were helpful and they managed all the communications with our local council getting all the required permissions. On the day the crew turned up on time and were fantastic. Polite and very professional. They cut the trees down, keeping the area tidy at all times. They were also patient in cutting some parts for us to keep... I can highly recommend them. Thanks for the good work :)”

“Greencut Horticulture are professional and courteous from the sales people right through to the team on the ground. The people at the sharp end were thorough, they did an excellent job of clearing away and they were extremely polite. The additional advice I was given showed that the 'doers' had an excellent understanding not only for the job in hand but for the whole sphere of arboriculture. I would not hesitate to recommend Greencut Horticulture to anyone whether that is in a private or professional capacity.”
