I purchased four FOXWatch Fox Repellers from Green Gardener. Their service was prompt and efficient and there were no issues with receiving the products which were recommended as highly effective at deterring foxes. Initially I thought they might be working but after only a week or two I sawa young fox brazenly walking around the garden in the vicinity of the devices without having any reaction at all. I don't know if the product is useless or just less effective on younger foxes but I think I have likely wasted my money.

Product good, website poor. I could not use the web payment process. It seemed to rely on virtual wallets wich I don't use. I could not make a simple and payment. Used the phone and spoke to very helpful gentleman who expedited payment and delivery

I followed the instructions to a tee and I was very disappointed with the results

I purchased a solar powered irrigation system for the greenhouse, but only the first 2 drippers are working. Instructions were really difficult to understand. Not the best experience.

Hi Your website was easy to use and delivery was very quick. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the product as there were only four or five larvae in the packet.

Very good customer service but the product didn’t work

I bought some ladybird larvae which sadly didn't develop. There were no sightings and doesn't appear to have been an improvement in the number of blackfly. When I contacted the company to say I thought the larvae hadn't survived transit I was fobbed off so sadly feel I wasted my money and don't feel I would use the company again.

Ordered 50 larvae + 30 free, but when I opened the case and singularly put them on individual plants, I had no more than 30 that were alive. There were lots of small black pieces left so they'd either eaten each other or there wasn’t 80 in there to begin with. Also, when I did put them next to the black aphids, I’d say no more than 5 of that 30 actually ate them, and there’s still a large number of aphids around the garden so the reason for buying them hasn’t worked. The only positive I can give is there is an increased number of ladybirds around the garden which is a pleasant sight. Sorry green gardener, but it’s a 2/5 from me.

Ordered 30 mealybug destroyers and there were one or 2 in the packet. Eventually got sent a replacement pack (after several messages) and that too had one or two bugs in the pack. I never leave a bad review (as I run my own business too) but you shouldn't really sell something that just isn't what you described

Generally a great fan of Green Gardener and recommend widely, but VERY disappointed in the new style Box Moth repellant. Last year quite successful and trapped several moths. This time no sign of trapping and a host of caterpillars which are rapidly destroying my dwarf box in spite of my best efforts. Am digging up the whole lot.

I've bought slug nematodes several times, and have always been satisfied, but the latest pack was totally ineffective. I applied them as per the instructions in the rain (not hard in Spring 2024) and watered on the odd day it didn't rain, but I have never had so many slugs and so much slug damage as this year. I won't bother next year and will use beer traps and pellets, which do work.

Previously I have used nematodes successfully in raised beds. This time I watered them into garden borders and frankly I think it encouraged the slugs. Nothing is safe from them.

Bought 'Ant nematode 50 sq m' advertised as 'fresh deliveries of nematodes each week, you are guaranteed the freshest stock with the longest expiry date available'. But the product turned up with only a 2 week shelf life.

I have tried the ant nematodes twice now and closely following the given instructions, at best was when they moved to a near new location (within 6 foot). I still have two large anthills in my lawn !

Last year purchased two Box Bush Moth Traps & captured about 24 +. However, having purchased 2 replacement pheromone lures for this year, plus another box with lure, & after 3 weeks NOTHING, not a single moth!!Hedges are decimated this year, so disappointed. We have seen lots of moths, & there are box tree caterpillars as sparrows have been busy pecking in the hedges. Could the lures not be working!

The ladybirds were very tiny. They arrived in an airtight plastic box without any food. They were posted in an envelope through the letterbox. I was amazed that they were still alive.

Hashtag 126367 On 29.11.22 I ordered a Bumble Bee Nest. It arrived with several bits of bark missing or dislodged and the side 'wall' loose with the nails exposed. It had to be repaired and glued before it could be given as a present. For an additional cost of £5.99 I ordered a Bee Field Guide but was sent a Guide to British Bats which I don't want and will return. Please send me a Bee Guide
