“I buy nematodes from this company almost every year to combat leather jackets. They are quick to post the nematodes, when in stock, as you would expect. So far the number of leather jackets that arrive in late september is quite low - maybe 10 or 15 escape the nematodes but the local spider population deals with them. When I first moved in 20+ years ago there used to be swarm of them. So it must be working.”

“I used the autumn lawn feed and have been very pleased with the results. The grass greened up quickly, including brown patches, and it now looks ready to face the winter. I look forward to using the spring/summer feed next year and I really appreciate knowing that the products are organic and safe for wildlife.”

“Great svc and products as-well as knowledge deserves praise . Over the years using products from green gardener all items have worked very well , My lawns are looking much better with using the leather jacket nematodes , not exactly cheap but very effective for size of lawns . Pity there is no treatment for red thread apart from applying higher doses of fertiliser throughout growing season . Please note I also have male dogs that use garden so possibly causes some discolouration , keep up the good work”

“Fantastic service and everything comes with very handy booklets that tell you everything you need to know about what you bought! I bought some ladybirds and larvae, and a delightful ladybird house, all arrived in a timely manner but the larvae sadly didn’t survive the post. I let them know, and they kindly sent me a replacement which was much more lively! This is clearly a family business so whoever you speak to is a real person - please support them as we need to help these small businesses to stick around. Thank you John for your excellent customer care! - Kai”

“I love Green Gardener products. Well thought-out approaches to gardening problems are well presented and fairly priced. With this year's weather, it does feel as if I need daily deliveries of anti-slug nematodes and the amazing SlugX slug trap is catching about 30 4 inch monsters every day. Thank you GG!”

“I purchased Nemasys to control vine weevil in my laurel hedge. The hedge is growing in a raised bed. I applied nemasys as instructed this spring and again this autumn. My laurel hedge is now lush and free from vine weevil. I thoroughly recommend The Green Gardener for natural, chemical free solutions. The product was delivered promptly with good instructions for use.”

“Ordered ladybird larvae very disapointed could only see one active! others just lots of black dots. Do not bbelieve any of them became active as they did not even reduce the number of flying pest. Would order adult ladybirde again but not these.”
