“Shocking customer service I have emailed this company four times to make contact about a fault item. Sent photos of the fault and they have not even had the decency to acknowledge my email! Very poor!!”

“I've been using green gardener periodically for a number of years now and have always found the service to be good. Quality products and fast delivery, you can't go wrong. Recently I had cause to query an overdue delivery to be advised that the order had been sent but obviously gone missing in the post, and that a replacement would be sent immediately. The replacement was received within 24hrs by tracked mail - excellent service.”

“Humanely packaged live ladybirds and ladybird larva all bursting with health and vitality arrived on the date requested thank you. My garden had plenty of Harlequin alien ladybirds but none of our native type. I have already spotted some native ladybirds which must have come from the larva I purchased last year. So I can confirm the supplied larva are breeding this year. Team aphid eaters are keeping my roses clear :)”
