“The applicator did not work and was a waste of money. The level of the product in the applicator did not change at all - followed all instructions-and I ended up applying the nematodes by watering can. The whole process took a long time and the time taken to try the applicator may well have led to some of the nematodes dying.”

“Ordered ladybirds on 8th may, now the 30th and still haven’t arrived, have emailed 3 times to ask where my order is and not a single response. Now to see how to get a refund! My 4 year old will be so disappointed when i tell him his ladybirds aren’t arriving 😠”

“Bought nematodes to combat crane fly larvae that had destroyed our lawn. They arrived when needed, I had to put back a weenie two due to a cold March. They seem to have done the trick, along with reseeding as lawn now reappearing. Will use again and apply in autumn to make sure”

“I buy box tree moth traps every year from Green Gardener. They last the whole season so no need to remember to change them. Usually attracts lots of moths and I'm always ready for them!! My order is always delivered promptly.”

“Customer service and delivery of items always good. Did have to modify our chafer bug trap. Plastic container had a few bits that needed to be trimmed to make the lid fit but sharp blade did the trick! Waiting to see if it’s going to attract the bugs. Hopefully the nematodes applied last year have worked and no more chafer grubs. Will continue to use their services and products.”

“Delivery was ok, it’s a bit early to say if the garlic bombs have worked to deal with any pests but they were easy to use and it certainly smelt as if they should do the trick. We will see how it goes through the growing season but it was useful being able to use it whilst the plants were in the greenhouse. So good so far.”
