I bought 10 fuschia sachets for the treatment of Fuschia Gall. I started the treatment about 5 weeks ago. I cut back the plants as suggested and placed the sachets on the plants. While at the beginning the new growth was clear from the effect of the gall, now I noticed the recent growth is affected by the gall. The new growth is deformed and stunted as before. I am disappointed, this may be a difficult problem to solve.

Have ordered ladybird larvae before from Green Gardener and was completely satisfied. However the latest order most certainly did not have the claimed 100 larvae and the few that there were, did not survive. I wonder if posting them during the July heatwave was the cause of this issue?

Unfortunately most of the lady birds were dead on arrival. I followed the instructions for care and placed the several that survived on my chilli plants only to see they died on the plant. All in all not at all successful. I was going to complain but figured Put it down to you live and learn

I ordered 100 live ladybirds to sort out an aphid problem in my greenhouse. I sorted through the whole packet on the same day they arrived in order to place them in the release bag and only found 6 that were actually alive. I read reviews saying similar things and the response seemed to be leave it as more will hatch or emerge from the paper and feed. Unfortunately none hatched or emerged and all that remained were the carcasses of dead ladybird larvae. I will not be ordering again and frankly feel rather scammed by the process

Disappointed. Not very effective against slug damage - a grit covering appears more effective.

I ordered a bottle of Barley Bio to treat the green water in my wildlife pond. I started using this product over 4 weeks ago and the watercolour is even greener now than when I started using it. There is no indication how long this product takes to work.

I have received my ladybird kit but most were dead on delivery and only one has grown - am awaiting a reply from the company and hopefully they will resolve this.

I am disappointed that the fuschia gall mite treatment I bought does not seem to have stopped the mite at all. It may be that really this has been the wrong time of the year to use it and, as always, I will cut my fuschias back soon and overwinter and then will try again when new growth starts.

Bought lace wing larvae sprinkled the tub onto plants, never saw a single bug. Should of sprinkled onto some paper and checked with a magnifying glass to see if there was actually any larvae in the tub left it for few days checked plants saw nothing but more mites so just sprayed the plants with water and alcohol killed the mites that way

Ordered 500 ladybird Larvae. They told me that a maximum of three day delivery would apply to Ireland. Due to an error at their end, there was a 48 hour delay in dispatch, resulting in the Larvae being in transit for 6 days. Consequently, they were all dead on arrival. Green Gardner did refund my money (except postage) But from an animal welfare view, not good.

Please be wary advice given is not always reliable. I asked advice on a suitable product for a plant problem a couple of months ago, when the product did not work after using it a number of times. I was informed it was for a preventative measure. Not even an offer of a refund! I wished I had originally emailed them as I would have had proof.

Fast delivery, but bee house I ordered isn’t the best. Split, broken wood. Need to sand and treat before offering it to bees and their delicate wings.

x7 of the ladybirds were dead on arrival, x1 item was missing, Green Gardener did resend the complete order, however, x5 were dead on receipt of the second batch and most of the remaining ones were very sluggish. I did enquire if it would be possible to add holes to the containers they are sent in, maybe just perforate the inside of the plastic containers with a bradle, so the holes wont be big enough for them to escape but may allow for adequate air flow while in transit. I believe perhaps this may ensure a better survival rate. I did not have a response on this. Thanks

I'm only giving 2 stars because I ordered ladybird larvae in order to have ladybirds to get rid a whole load of aphids however it hasn't worked after following all the instructions. I have written and am awaiting a reply.

May have been a change in the weather. Followed your instructions implicitly on releasing the ladybirds and also the larvae. None of the ladybirds stayed anywhere in our garden and the larvae just never hatched out. So back to square one - all our bean crop infested with blackfly!

i ordered nemaslugs on 2 occasions from you i have received one i have e-mailed you about this but the reply was not satisfactory & i have still not received them so in the future i will not use green garden

I know it's a difficult time for growers at the moment, but my plants really weren't in the best condition on arrival. The trailing petunias were particularly bad. Some of the plants had to go straight on the compost and the ones I have planted haven't grown very well. The nicotiana were labelled petunia and so I planted them in the wrong place and the sweet peppers were so small I'm not sure they'll yield anything.

Thanks for the review but we do not supply plants, so I think you have reviewed the wrong company? We supply bio pest control i.e. Nemaslug, Ladybirds etc? Kind regards
